Founded in 2005 by craftsmanship, Kunshan Xintao Precision Components Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xintao) is located in Kunshan City, Jiangsu Province, with fast and easy access to the Greater Yangtze River Delta region and beyond. It is only 20 minutes' away by high speed train from Shanghai (apprx. 50 km away). Currently, Xintao boasts 800 square meters of plant area with 19 full-time employees and advanced automation production lines. Over the past two decades, Xintao has been committed to research and innovation in the field of instrument hairspring and its automation production modules. In 2022, Xintao successfully launched its own automotive production line which improved productivity, quality, stability and efficiency of its products and production lines. Xintao continues its investment and efforts in research and innovation and the next generation of its automation module is under development.
Kunshan Xintao Precision Components Co., Ltd. Specializes in manufacturing hairsprings for mechanical instruments, electrical measuring instruments, timers, bimetal temperature control components and accessories, bimetal current measurement systems, planar multi-turn spring tubes, and precision flat wire.
Mechanical instrument hairsprings are mainly used in pressure gauges, blood pressure monitors, and dial gauges. Among them, 40% are exported.
Testing equipment
I. Two domestic torque meters and one HAAS torque meter for measuring torque. Testing data aligns with international standards and norms.
II. The electron microscope will fully inspect the product to ensure every product is 100% qualified.
III. A projector to detect and scan the overall dimensions of the product.
